1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Android TV Remote: Smart Cast mobile application (the "App") provided by MD Developer Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. THE APP

The App lets you control compatible Android TV and Google TV devices over a Wi-Fi network, and cast photos, videos, music and web links to devices with Chromecast built in. The App does not use infrared. Your phone and TV must be connected to the same network.

3. LICENCE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the App, except where the law allows;

• rent, sell, sublicense or redistribute the App;

• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notices;

• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. COMPATIBILITY

The App is designed for Android TV and Google TV devices. Features and compatibility may vary by TV brand, model, software version and network setup. Some TVs, including Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS) and Roku devices, are not supported. We do not guarantee that the App will work with every device or network.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use the App only to control TVs and devices that you own or are authorised to use.

• Cast only content that you own or have the right to display. You are solely responsible for the content you cast.

• Keep your phone and network secure. Anyone on your network with a paired phone may be able to control your TV.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS

The App is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads may appear in parts of the App, for example on the language screen and the exit screen. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they offer. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play services and your device's speech-recognition service. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its design, code, graphics and text, is owned by MD Developer Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Android TV, Google TV, Chromecast and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+ and other app or brand names shown in the App are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those apps.

9. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE APP

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. The App may ask you to install updates through Google Play. Some features may not work correctly until you update.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that it will work with your TV or network.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Developer Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use or profits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any damage to your TV, phone or other devices. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MD Developer Studio from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, the content you cast, or your violation of these Terms or of the rights of others.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or end your right to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12 and 14.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
