TVPult — Terms of Use

Effective date: 1 October 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TVPult mobile app ("TVPult", "the app") for iOS and Android, provided by Jamshid Mamatkulov ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What TVPult does

TVPult turns your phone into a remote control for compatible smart TVs (including Samsung, LG, Android TV / Google TV and Roku) on the same Wi‑Fi network, and lets you show photos, videos, music and links on your TV. The app talks to your TV directly over your local network.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

3. Compatibility and third-party devices

TVPult is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Samsung, LG, Google, Roku, Apple or any other TV or platform maker. All trademarks belong to their owners. TV makers can change their software at any time, so we cannot guarantee that every feature works with every TV, model or firmware version. Use TVPult only with TVs and devices you own or are allowed to control.

4. TVPult Pro

Basic remote features are free. TVPult Pro unlocks extra features, such as casting, screen mirroring help, more than one TV, and favorite apps. Pro is offered as:

• Weekly subscription, which may start with a free trial;

• Annual subscription;

• Lifetime, a one-time purchase.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. We never see or store your card details.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Free trial. If a plan includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

• Cancelling. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (iOS) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

• Lifetime. A Lifetime purchase unlocks Pro for as long as the app is offered and supported, on devices signed in to the same store account. It is not transferable.

• Restore. Use "Restore purchases" in the app to unlock Pro on a new device with the same store account.

• Changes. We may change which features are included in Pro or the price of future periods. Price changes for existing subscriptions follow the store's notice and consent rules.

5. Your content

You are responsible for what you cast or show on your TV. Only cast photos, videos, music and links you have the right to use. Casting happens on your local network; we do not receive, store or review your content.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use TVPult to control devices without permission, to interfere with networks or devices, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app or Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these Terms. Sections 5–10 survive termination.

10. Apple App Store additional terms

If you downloaded TVPult from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims, nor for any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown above. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new Terms.
