Tv Sped Up Download

Currently working on a project and my DP handed over the color corrected footage to me. Although this is unorthodox, he colored on the most recent version of Lightroom then exported the footage as Jpeg sequences. He then loaded them up on an external drive, handed them over to me to cut, but the footage looks... sped up?

When I import the image sequence into premiere pro CC (version 11), it's previewing and playing in the timeline drastically sped up, almost half the time of the original footage. No idea what's happening, we've done this before and never had this problem and everything seems fine on his end. Any ideas? If anyone suggests uninstalling and reinstalling, will my project get deleted? Anything helps! Thanks everyone.

When I am speeding up video clips, the end result appears very jerky and stuttery almost like stop motion. I will post a link to an example here. At 8:00 in this video (where I am applying the highlighter) you will see that the sped up footage appears very jumpy as if some frames are missing.

I have tried exporting the project with all three, and there is not much difference. I would say Optical is the smoothest overall. I sped up the clips with the Speed Changer Cursor Tool "Rate" (pressed R", would you say time re-mapping is a better option? I have only had pro for a few days and am still a little new

Today I opened up a session I've been working on for a couple months, and mid file, all of the tracks were out of sync with each other. I checked an old save of the file and confirmed, the files are actually shorter, and at higher pitch. Weirder still, all of the tracks sped up different amounts from each other! As it is the session is practically ruined. I can go back to my old save, but it's about a month old and missing an absurd amount of work. Is this just straight up file corruption? e24fc04721
