I'm Tuuli Paukkeri, but you might also know me by my former name, Tuuli Ylinen. 

I'm a senior researcher at VATT Institute for Economic Research in Helsinki. My research focuses on empirical public and labour economics.

I am a member of the Finnish Centre of Excellence in Tax Systems Research (FIT) and the Strategic Research Council research consortium SustAgeable. I am also part of the Deaton Review's Country Studies and the GRID database research teams.
