2013: Appointed as Assistant Professor in reputed Government’s College of Engineering, Pune (COEP).

2012: Convener of National workshop MET 2012 on Materials Engineering & Technologies organized at Sinhgad Institutes, Pune on 2-3 May 2012.

2010: “Individual Post-doctoral Grant 2010” by FCT, Government of Portugal.
