Recreational Classes-  This level of gymnastics is geared toward gross motor development in a fun non-competitive setting. Gymnasts will participate once a week in their class of choice. Participation in their age-based class does not require the completion of any skill testing, volunteer hours, or fundraising. Emphasis is on beginner skills on all apparatuses. There are no fundraising or volunteer hours required for this class. 

All classes are co-ed 

Tiny Tots 1- 18m-5 yrs. Parent participation is required. 

This class will focus on gross motor development and basic gymnastics skills. Participants will learn to follow simple directions and take turns.

Tiny tots 2- 3yrs-5yrs. No parent participation is required.

This class will focus on working on gymnastics independently. Children in this group should have a basic understanding of the skills they learned in Tiny tots 1 and be ready to participate without a parent. 

Advanced tots- this class does not require parent participation. This is geared towards children who can work independently and have a good understanding of the skills completed in Tiny Tots 1 & 2. The ultimate goal of this class is to transition into progressive classes when of age. 

School-age 1- Participants are in kindergarten- 1st grade

School age 2- 2nd grade and up. 

This class will focus on basic skills on all events in a non-competitive environment. 

Parkour- Participants must be in kindergarten or higher

This class will focus on basic skills and parkour elements such as flipping, jumping, rolling, and tumbling.
