The COO works together with the CEO taking care of day-to-day operations, attending to urgent matters and supervising pilots and staff.

The HIA ensures the VA runs smoothly by resolving any internal issues related to pilots, PIREPS and other queries or concerns pilots may have.

The HEA manages the partnerships with other VAs, while leading the Marketing aspect of the VA, including Social/PR & day-to-day IFC Queries.

Our Recruiter is in charge of the recruitments of all the new pilots to enter the VA, while also having core HR responsibilities.

As the Chief Pilot of Türkiye Virtual, he ensures that all pilots are up to date on their flight knowledge via check rides and constructive criticism.

TKVA's Event Manager creates unique events in our community that helps us all fly together and explore the various routes TKVA has to offer!

Our Public Relations Manager takes care of all public relations related aspects including, Social Media, branding and promotion of the VA.

The TM works alongside the rest of the Staff Team taking care of the technical and developmental aspect of Türkiye Virtual including bots and coding.

The routes manager is in charge of all the featured routes of the week and also handling and updating new routes which may be announced.
