The 2020 re-union in Parys, North West was a defining moment of taking the Turf Times KC Re-Union to another dimension. It was from this historic gathering of the alumnus that the following resolutions were taken:
Opening of an accounting and supporting projects from the fund,
Reconciling SCM and SUCA brethren who were not on talking terms for decades.
The Turf Times KC Alumni is currently embarking on the following programmes and projects: Raise funds for destitute and needy families who mostly were overlooked during distribution of food parcels during the level 4 and 5 COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
Establishment of KC Radio broadcasting every Sunday.
Registration of Turf Times KC Reunion as a legitimate Non-Profit Organisation; an association not for gain incorporated in terms of the Non-Profit Organisation Act No 71 of 1997.
Establishment of a Board of Directors with an Executive Committee that oversees the operations of the Turf Times KC Re-Union. We are proud to mention that in our Board of Directors, we have 5 women and 7 men.
