There are some great free resources available on the internet to learn about good fire and how to use it safely and appropriately. Here are a few of our favorites. (If you have suggested additions, please let us know via email at GoodFire@TuolumnePBA.org.) 

• The Placer County Prescribed Burn Association created a fantastic Rx Fire Field Guide that is perfect place to start, or expand, your Rx fire education. 

• The Wildland Fire Learning Portal offers free online self-paced courses. You can register to access the courses.

• CalPBA.org has a wealth of training resources available for free.
