For bugs, the fastest route is Settings Report a Bug inside the game; it attaches the device details we need. For anything else purchases, account questions, deletion email us and include your racer name.
COMMON QUESTIONS
I changed phones and my cars are gone. Your career is saved on the device, not online. Keep the old phone until you are ready to move; a transfer tool is on our list.
A challenge never paid out. Open the Challenges tab once while online settlements and refunds reconcile automatically. If it still looks wrong after 24 hours, email us with the opponent's racer name.
Someone is being abusive in chat. Tap the flag on the message to report it or the block icon to block the racer. Reported messages are hidden automatically after a second report and the sender is muted after repeated reports.
