TUNING KINGS - PRIVACY POLICY
One Eye Productions - Effective 4 October 2026 - Applies to the Tuning Kings app on Android and iOS
Tuning Kings is a drag-racing game. This page explains what information the game handles, why, and what you can do about it. If something here is unclear, email us at eyefromdd@aol.com.
THE SHORT VERSION
Your career (cars, money, progress) is saved on your device. We do not hold a copy of it.
- Online play uses an anonymous player ID created by Unity Gaming Services. You never give us your name, email or password to play.
- The only things you type that reach our servers are your racer name, chat messages and bug reports. We never ask for an email address, not even to delete your account.
- Optional rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob and are always non-personalised: the game asks Google for contextual ads only, so no interest profile is built from your play.
- You can delete your online account from inside the game or from the Delete Your Account page on this site.
WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
Anonymous player ID created by Unity Authentication the first time you go online. Identifies your racer across leaderboards, friends and challenges without an email or password.
Racer name you choose it in the game. Shown on leaderboards, in chat, and to friends and challengers. Do not use your real name if you do not want it shown.
Race times and multiplayer record generated by playing (reaction time, elapsed time, vehicle used, wins and losses). Used for leaderboards (monthly and all-time), friend challenges and tournaments.
Friends list and challenge messages you add friends and send challenges. Used to deliver challenges and results between players.
Global chat messages you type them. Shown to other players for a short time (the room keeps only the latest messages). Messages are filtered automatically and can be reported by other players; reported messages and the reporter's player ID are kept for moderation.
Bug reports you submit them from Settings. Used to fix problems. A report includes your description, racer name, app version and basic device information (model, OS version, memory). No contact details are collected unless you type them.
Online bankroll and wager history generated by online races. Used to settle wagers and tournament prizes and to prevent duplicate payouts.
Purchases handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment details are handled by the store; we receive only a purchase receipt.
Ad delivery data Google AdMob SDK, only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. Used to serve, count and prevent fraud on non-personalised ads (see Google's policies below).
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio. The game does not use push notifications.
WHO PROCESSES THE DATA
Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services: Authentication, Cloud Save, Cloud Code, Leaderboards, Friends) stores online data on our behalf. Unity privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Google AdMob serves optional rewarded ads. How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites Every ad request from Tuning Kings is flagged non-personalised, whatever you answer on the consent prompt, so Google does not use your activity in this game to build an advertising profile. You can review your choices under Settings Privacy & Account Ad Privacy.
Google Play and the Apple App Store handle purchases under their own policies.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone else.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Leaderboard times: the current month's board is archived at the start of each month and kept as a read-only record; all-time times are kept while your account exists.
Chat: the room keeps only the most recent messages. Reported messages are kept until the report is reviewed and closed.
Challenges: open challenges expire after 24 hours; settled results are kept so each wager is paid exactly once.
Bug reports: kept until the problem is fixed, then deleted.
Garage cash purchases: the store receipt (product, transaction ID and date) is checked by our server and recorded with your player ID, so each purchase is credited exactly once and restored if you reinstall the game.
Everything tied to your player ID is removed when your account is deleted (see below), except anonymised settlement receipts needed to prevent duplicate payouts and purchase records we are legally required to keep.
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA
You can request deletion of your online account and all data tied to it at any time:
In the game: Settings Privacy & Account Delete Account & Data, then Confirm. You get a request number on screen; nothing else is asked for.
Without the game: follow the steps on the Delete Your Account page on this site.
Requests are completed within 30 days. Online play is paused while a request is pending. Your local career on the device is yours to keep or remove by uninstalling the game.
CHILDREN
Tuning Kings is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The game contains virtual-currency wagers between players; no real money can be won. If you believe a child has created an online racer, email us and we will delete the account.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because online accounts are anonymous, we need your player ID (shown under Settings Privacy & Account) to find your data. Email eyefromdd@aol.com and we will respond within 30 days; your message is deleted once the request is closed. We will never ask you for a password the game does not have one.
SECURITY
Online data is stored by Unity Gaming Services over encrypted connections. Wagers and race results are checked on the server, and chat is filtered and moderated. No system is perfectly secure; please do not put private information in your racer name or chat messages.
CHANGES
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, show a notice in the game.
