• Some Medicare Advantage plans offer extras — like vision, dental, or fitness benefits. See if these add value for you.

• Once you decide, enroll before December seventh, 2026. Your new plan will take effect January first, 2026.

• After enrolling, watch for a confirmation notice in the mail in about 10 days. Keep it in your records in case of any issues.
