NURSING CARE FACILITIES/ADULT FOSTER HOMES/ASSISTE LIVING FACILITIES/RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES
We work with onsite administrators to line up daily operations with organizational strategic plan. We help them maintain the facility infrastructure at the regulatory compliance level at all times, by engaging onsite facility monitors, whose job it is to conduct daily monitoring for non-compliant and risky infrastructural defects. We work with onsite administrators to screen in appropriate level of residents, whose needs can be appropriately met with approved level of manpower and equipment. We help them train staff and management on the strategic goals of the facility and the specific care of residents as follows: Employees and residents are properly drilled on the residents' Bill of Rights, which guides their interaction with each order. Resents are also helped to understand the facility house rules approved by the licensing authority and to sign the Resident Contact. Individual Care Plans are developed and strictly followed for the day to day care of residents. Deviations from the stipulated care plans are documented in a timely manner and reported to the licensing authority within regulatory stipulated times.
Unforeseen accidents/incidents and resident abuse are document in incident reports and sent in a timely manner to the licensing authority and resident's family/guardian. Allegations of resident abuse or missing property are duly investigated, documented and report within stipulated time periods. Weekly menu and activities are posted on highly visible notice boards in the waiting rooms along with labor law notices , survey reports and emergency contact information. All regular employees and vendors making regular contact with residents are background-checked through the Oregon state DHS OASIS, and all IT systems are confirmed HIPAA compliant. Resident care documents, financial documents and property are stored in well secured safes or cabinets. Access to residents' personal files are restricted to resident-authorized individuals or others who have need to know. Residents' family members and involved in their care as much as possible through timely phone calls and regular visits. Involuntary removals from facility are done as needed in line with regulatory stipulations. We do random site visits to audit facility management and resident care, leaving behind reports and recommendations for corrections or improvements. Prior to annual relicensing surveys, we conduct mock surveys to ensure facility readiness for the state surveys. The ultimate outcome expectation is that residents feel like they are in Paradise, while investors and stakeholders are rewarded like they are in heaven.
