Element A consists of the Presentation and Justification of the Problem

Selecting a Problem -  After creating 50 problems over the summer we each narrowed to one problem. My top choice was a problem revolving around menstrual products, Aidan had a gutter issue, and Hani had a littering/pollution problem.
