These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tukee mobile application (“Tukee”, “the App”), owned and operated by Tukee LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

Tukee is an AI-powered personal planning and self-development app that helps you track goals, tasks, habits, emotional state, and progress.

The App includes:

• Free features (basic tracking and usage)
  
  

• Premium features, accessible through a paid subscription
  
  

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Tukee offers a monthly subscription priced at $9.99, with a 7-day free trial for new users.

Payments and subscription management are handled through Apple App Store and Google Play.

Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device account settings.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by App Store and Google Play policies.

We do not issue direct refunds.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact your platform support.

5. User Content

You may create, input, upload, or submit content such as goals, tasks, notes, messages, emotional reflections, and voice recordings (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Tukee LLC a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to process that content only for the purpose of operating the App, including generating AI responses and maintaining your account.

We do not use your content for advertising.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

• violate laws,
  
  

• contain hate, harm, violence, harassment,
  
  

• include sexual, explicit, or abusive material.
  
  

6. AI-Generated Output

The App uses AI models (including OpenAI API) to generate responses.

These responses may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

You acknowledge:

• AI outputs may contain errors.
  
  

• You use responses at your own discretion and responsibility.
  
  

• The App is not a medical, legal, psychological, or financial professional service.
  
  

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for illegal activity
  
  

• attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or copy the service
  
  

• upload harmful, abusive, hateful, or explicit content
  
  

• impersonate others
  
  

Violation may result in account termination.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the App.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tukee LLC is not liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  
  

• data loss,
  
  

• decisions made based on AI recommendations.
  
  

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of California, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
