This Privacy Policy explains how Tukee LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Tukee mobile application (“Tukee”, “the App”).

By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Data We Collect

Authentication Data:

We collect information needed to create and manage your account, including email address, Apple Sign-In data, and Google Sign-In data.

User Data (provided by you):

We collect any content you submit in the App, including goals, tasks, notes, chat messages, emotional entries, and voice messages sent for processing.

Device Permissions:

Microphone – to record voice messages
Camera – if you choose to attach photos
File/Media access – if you upload files or attachments

Analytics Data:

We collect anonymous usage data such as device type, interaction patterns, and performance statistics via Firebase Analytics.

We do not collect precise location data.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Provide core app features (goal tracking, task management, emotional journaling)
Generate personalized responses and recommendations using AI models via the OpenAI API
Handle payments and subscription status via RevenueCat
Improve the functionality and quality of the App
Send reminders and motivational push notifications, when enabled

We do not use your personal data for targeted advertising.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with third-party services that are necessary for the App to function:

OpenAI API may receive the text and voice data you submit to the chat so that AI responses can be generated.
Firebase Analytics receives anonymized usage information to help us understand how the App is used.
RevenueCat receives subscription-related identifiers to manage your purchases and account status.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access control.

Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

If you delete your account, all personal data associated with it will be permanently removed.

You may at any time:

Request access to the data stored about you
Correct or update your account information
Delete your account and all data associated with it

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
