Resume Tips

Structure and Format:

• Name in large print and bold
• Need a school and permanent address
• Have proper and professional spacing and alignment
  • Don't make things too cramped or too far apart
• Different categories needed in the resume:
  • Work experience
    • Describe these points using action words
  • Activities
  • Honors

• Know the format of the GRE backwards and forwards
• Trust in what you already know
• Review high school algebra, geometry, and basic mathematical formulas
• Download helpful free apps for vocabulary
• Make sure to relax a few days before the exam
