In order to be considered as an ACTIVE member, you must:
- Pay annual dues
- Attend 50% of the meetings (excuses for class, band, etc. can be arranged with the club advisors)
- Participate in at least one member activity annually
- Participate in two fundraisers annually
- Participate in at least two community service opportunities each semester
As a member, you will have access to all of the benefits of MANRRS membership (see About GWC Chapter). The top members will be recognized at the Annual Student Recognition and Awards Banquet held in conjunction with PAWC in December of each year.
The point system for participating members helps determine what portion of the annual conference registration gets covered for each member. The point system is also the basis for many of the awards presented at the Annual Student Recognition and Awards Banquet, as well as scholarships, internships, and other opportunities provided by MANRRS.
The points will be awards to each activity as follows:
- General meetings--2 points
- Member activities--3 points
- Community service--2 points/hour
- Fundraisers--3 points/hour
