Greetings! It's me again, Tucklet1911. You might know me from last election, but let me introduce myself. I'm a former Assemblyman for the Lincoln Assembly, and a lifelong native of Lincoln. I was born and raised in Lansing, born to a hard working mother and father who would give anything to make sure I was raised right. I fought as an attorney in Lansing for the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, it is still of massive importance to me. Then I moved on to politics, where I served as an Assemblyman for a time. During my relatively short time as an Assemblyman I called out the corrupt actions of our state's politicians, and I made sure that the only bills I voted for were the ones that would help Lincoln. I have a wonderful wife named Lori, and three children. Most importantly, I have always made sure that I put the people I serve first, and I've never been bought out by special interests.
I'm running because I want to restore that trust in your elected officials, the trust that they are doing their best to represent your values, and well, you. I want to bring back jobs to Lincoln, and fix the problems none of the other candidates will dare to fix. The opioid epidemic has ravaged our community, and this is the forefront of my campaign. Our community. I am running to fix our community, to strengthen it, to make it greater. My slogan last election was "Make Great Lakes Greater", I still believe that, even though we have a different name. I believe politicians still hold a promise to their constituents that they must fulfill, we haven't seen that from our current Representative, but we will if I am elected. I believe that we need to elect the party of Lincoln to represent Lincoln in Congress. I'm running for one thing and one thing only: My state.
