Participants are required to submit their abstracts and endorsement letters via Google form. The last date for the submission of the abstract is 31st December, 2024 16th January, 2025.
Final selections for oral and poster presentations will be made based on the quality and relevance of the research work.

Participants willing to participate in the poster presentation must be enrolled in the second year of their master's or in a PhD course in any state or central institute/university in India.
Participants willing to participate in oral presentations must be enrolled in a PhD course in any state or central institute/university in India.
Students who have defended their thesis are ineligible.
A letter of endorsement from the PhD guide/supervisor or head of the department on official letterhead (PDF) will be required during registration.

Participants are required to submit a two-page extended abstract in a predefined format (.doc or .tex) via a Google form. Submitted abstracts must pertain to the original research work of the presenter.
Abstracts will undergo blind peer review.
A maximum of 72 abstracts will be selected for oral presentations (12-minute talk + 3-minute Q&A).
A maximum of 100 abstracts will be selected for poster presentations.

Prizes for both oral and poster presentations in various categories.

Accommodation: Hostel accommodation may be provided. Limited guest house accommodation will be available on a payment basis.
Registration Fee: Selected candidates including presenters and will be contacted by the Organising Committee and Rs. 500 must be paid for the same.
Meals: Lunch and refreshments will be provided to all participants.
Travel: No TA/DA will be provided.
