Current Officers

President - Jack Fetters

I am a Master's Student working in the Tennessee Tech Cooperative Fisheries Unit. I am currently researching the status of freshwater mussels in the Wolf River (Fentress and Pickett Counties, TN). As president, I hope to give the Tennesse Tech Community opportunities to increase their relationship with the outdoors and learn more about the world of aquatic sciences! In my free time, I enjoy fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and camping!

Vice President - Adam Walker

I am currently pursuing my Master's at Tennessee Tech through the Stream Fish Ecology and Molecular Ecology labs. My current work involves delineating the distribution of the Striated Darter (Etheostoma striatulum) in the Duck River using eDNA techniques while also investigating their overall population structure and genetic health. As vice president, I want to provide a group that undergraduates can get professional and recreational help in the fisheries and wildlife fields. I love to camp, fly fish, snorkel, and hunt year-round wherever I can, and pursue photography in all of them!
