You just learned how to turn some settings and notifications off, which now allows Stream to only have your important announcements. The function of Stream is to house any class announcements or as a spot (if you allow it on settings) for students to pose questions or comments. Stream can be thought of as a Facebook feed, just a quick spot to post announcements and for students to scroll through. Students can also find their To-Do list on the Stream page. The to-do list allows them to view their assignments, look at grades and search assignments in different manners. Below are different videos that help explain how to post to Stream, remove items and access the to-do list.
