Introduction (2020)

Goal

1. To get familiar with Revit operation

2. To understand the characteristic and data structure of Revit

3. To be able to create a basic model


Program

Saturday 31 October, 2020 10:00 ~ 15:00, Online

Objective:

- Understanding Revit environment, data structure, configuration

- Getting familiar with basic operation in Revit

- Learning basics for template, family and work sharing

- File Import/Export, Data interoperation


Note

- The training is provided in Japanese, English explanation is available upon request.

- We use Autodesk Revit 2018 (or any version later than 2016) educational version. Download the educational version of software and complete the installation BEFORE the training starts. The installation may take up to 1-2 hours depending on PC and network environment, hence DO consider enough time for this process.

- If you encounter errors in installation, see the bottom of this page for information that might help.

- Please prepare your 3-button mouse. It is almost impossible to navigate Revit only by trackpad or 2-button mouse.

トレーニング内容

10月31日（土） 10:00 ~ 15:00

学習する内容：

- Revitのソフトウエア環境、データ構成、主要な設定について

- Revitの基本的な操作について

- テンプレート、ファミリ、ワークシェアリングについての基礎知識

- ファイルの入出力、および他のソフトとの互換性について

留意事項

- トレーニングは日本語で行いますが、英語での説明も可能です。

- トレーニングにはRevit 2018を使用します（2016以降なら結構です）。教育版ソフトは以下からダウンロードできますが、ダウンロードとインストールに１～２時間かかるので、必ず事前にセットアップを済ませてきてください。

- インストール時にトラブルがあった際はページ下部のTrouble Shootingを参照してみてください。

- 3ボタンマウスを忘れずに持参してください。トラックパッド・2ボタンマウスでの操作は（実際にやってみるとよくわかりますが）ほぼ不可能です。

Day 1 Friday 17 August, 2018 10:00 ~ 17:00, Project Work Space at "Loft", 2nd floor, Bldg Tau

Objective:

- Understanding Revit environment, data structure, configuration

- Getting familiar with basic operation in Revit

- Learning basics for template, family and work sharing

- File Import/Export, Data interoperation

Day 2 Friday 24 August, 2018 10:00 ~ 17:00, Project Work Space at "Loft", 2nd floor, Bldg Tau

Objective:

- Hands-on: making a sample building

- Documentation and Presentation

Note

- The training is provided in Japanese, English explanation is available upon request.

- This training is a part of doctoral research. Users’ design log data is subject to the analysis and report. All collected design log data will be anonymized. *PLEASE do not be late or cancel*.

学習する内容：

- Revitのソフトウエア環境、データ構成、主要な設定について

- Revitの基本的な操作について

- テンプレート、ファミリ、ワークシェアリングについての基礎知識

- ファイルの入出力、および他のソフトとの互換性について

2日目 8月24日（金） 10:00 ~ 17:00, Τ館（大学院棟）2階ロフト Project Work Space

学習する内容：

- Hands-on: 実際に建築を作る

- 図面化とプレゼンテーションについて

留意事項

- トレーニングは日本語で行いますが、英語での説明も可能です。

- このトレーニングは博士論文のための調査の一環として行います。トレーニングの際にソフトウエアが残すログファイルを解析対象とするため収集します。すべてのデータは匿名化して扱います。このため「遅刻・キャンセルなし」にてお願いします。

- トレーニングにはRevit 2018を使用します（2016以降なら結構です）。教育版ソフトは以下からダウンロードできますが、ダウンロードとインストールに１～２時間かかるので、必ず事前にセットアップを済ませてきてください。
