What is The Game More Than A City Beta? This game is a RPG-based fighting game. And best of all, you can download the game on any computer. This Game is made in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Meaning, it works on every single OS!*  You play as the character with the cyan shirt. Now let’s download this fun game!

*like excluding all phone thing cuz it work like bad but can be played, please use a OS that runs on a computer, (NO USE Android OS and IOS - Apple)

Yes, This game needs requirements. Not that much, but like yeah…. 

Minimum requirements:

      Windows:

• Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or later. 

• An Intel Pentium 4 processor or later that's SSE3 capable

      Mac:

• OS X El Capitan 10.11 or later

      Linux:

• 64-bit Ubuntu 18.04+, Debian 10+, openSUSE 15.2+, or Fedora Linux 32+

• An Intel Pentium 4 processor or later that's SSE3 capable 

      Chrome OS:

• Version 96.0.4664.111 or higher

First, press: + R 

Then, type in: winver

Now you have your window version!

Downloading The Game Is Really Simple. Go To This Link: https://sites.google.com/k12.friscoisd.org/tsone/games/downloadable/more-than-a-city/download. Download The WHOLE file. This is the version for every OS. There is no other download. After downloading, It should be in a zip file. Unzip the zip file and double click the file named “interact.html”. This game works best on the latest version of the chrome browser. Now you are playing the game. Now let’s set it up!

Page 4 - Chapter 4 - Setting Up The Game

Now when Playing the game for the first time/rebooting the game. It should show up the error (template-game-001.png file location is not correct), however, the sound(s) play. This is very normal. Copy the url and replace the last bit “/interact.html”

To “/template-game-001.png” and paste this to the url. Copy this url and paste in the setting tab “change image location”. Now press the button “Enter Location”. You can also press the button “save location as file” (150 bytes). This is so you can upload the local save file to the game for easier going,

Page 5 - Chapter 5 - Playing

Now we have everything ready! To start, move using WASD. in the settings tab “areas”  you can change the area where the player (you) are. When using the starter character, pressing SHIFT + F will activate a fireball at the mouse location. Pressing the space key near an interactable object will make you interact with it. Press the F key for fullscreen.  Everyday, a new “unstable” update appears. There will be a lot of bugs/crashes in this “unstable” update. A stable update comes out every 1st of a month. In this “stable” update,  there are no bugs/crashes. (:

When editing/publishing an edited version of this game, it must be labeled a “MOD '' example: “(mod name here) MOD''; this “MOD '' will have to be a FOSS program (free and open source software). When using the sounds, please comply with the license applying to them. Any asset you have the right to use may be used in your game, non copyrighted assets are highly recommeded. This game (original game) currently is free, and will be free, because of the sound(s) licensing. You must ask permission to repost/redistribute the original game on a different site. You are absolutely free to play the game. Playing the game while recording, and posting it to a social media platform is allowed.
