The pictures above depicts the Swamy Brindavanam as it existed since it’s original construction in late 1950’s .
Subsequently in the 1980’s the Secretary of the Sri. Thillasthanam Swamy Kainkarya Sabha , Bangalore Sri. V.R.Narasimhan took it upon himself to construct a compound wall , Gate and install inscriptions on the walls to give the Brindavanam a better aesthetic look .
Subsequently , at the request of the Sabha , Sri Ahobila Mutt has taken over the administration of the Swamy’s Brindavanam and has also appointed a Aradhakar for performing nitya pooja at the Brindavanam .
HH Sri Swamy’s Tirunakshatram and Aradhanam functions are held at the Swamy Brindavanam every year

The Swamy Brindavanam badly needed renovation and sprucing up plus the bulk of Brindavanam was in open area as can be seen in picture .
The Brindavanam is so located that there was about 400 – 500 Sq.ft of area available in the front as can be seen in sketch alongside.
Sri Thillasthanam Swamy Kainkarya Sabha decided to undertake the Brindavanam Renovation works , however since the funds at the command of the Sabha are quite meagre the Sabha decided to launch an appeal in April 2014 to all well wishers and patrons of the sabha to contribute for this noble cause and collect the funds .
Sabha is glad to inform all devotees and patrons that the Renovation Kainkaryam was succesfully completed in 2015 in all respects including colour washing
Before the renovation work at Thillaisthanam swami’s brindavanam was commenced on an auspicious date the Aradhakar moved Swami’s Divyamangalamurthi to Sri. Adhivan Sathakopan Swami’s Sannidhi inside Sri Dasavatharan Sannidhi where the nitya kainkaryam continued .
After the shifting of the Divyamangamurthi , the work was started on the site .
The proposed renovation works involved the raising of the height of the frontal area to avoid water logging , raising the height of the Swamy Sannidhi , flooring and repair and where necessary rebuild the compound wall . It was decided to have a covered steel truss sheet roofing
