Requirements:

• Completed Application Form (attached below)

• Job Letter

• Pay Slip (no older than one (1) month)

• Copy of ID

• Two (2) Recommendations (One (1) from family AND one (1) from non-family)

• Certificate of Character from Police (no older than six (6) months)

• Passport Size Photo
