Puralis Photo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Puralis, a photo cleanup app provided by TS Studios.

By downloading, accessing or using Puralis, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Puralis helps users review photos, screenshots, videos and similar-looking media stored on their device. The app is designed to make it easier to identify media that may no longer be needed and help users free up storage space.

Puralis does not guarantee that all suggested items should be deleted. Users are responsible for reviewing all selected media before deleting anything permanently.

You are responsible for deciding which photos, screenshots, videos or other media you choose to delete.

Before deleting any media, you should carefully review your selection. TS Studios is not responsible for photos, videos or other files that you choose to delete.

You are responsible for maintaining any backups you consider important before using Puralis.

Puralis is designed with privacy in mind. Media review and processing are performed on your device. Puralis does not upload your photos or videos to TS Studios servers.

Puralis may offer premium features through in-app purchases, auto-renewable subscriptions or lifetime access.

Available purchase options may include monthly access, yearly access and lifetime access. Prices may vary by country or region and are shown in the app and/or in the App Store before purchase.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, unless the subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Lifetime access provides access to the premium features available in Puralis for as long as the app is supported and available.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that all current features will remain unchanged forever, and it does not include future separate apps or unrelated products from TS Studios.

All payments, billing, subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.

TS Studios does not process payments directly and does not receive your full payment card details.

Refund requests must be made through Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies.

TS Studios may update, improve, change, limit or remove features in Puralis over time.

We aim to keep the app useful, stable and privacy-focused, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device, iOS version or photo library configuration.

Puralis is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that the app will identify every photo, screenshot, video or file that could be removed, or that all suggestions will be relevant for every user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TS Studios is not liable for any loss of data, deleted media, device issues, loss of profits or other damages resulting from your use of Puralis.

You are responsible for reviewing your media before deletion and for maintaining any backups you consider important.

Where applicable, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of Puralis. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the extent required by Apple’s rules.
