Pawel Trzaskoma earned his PhD in Cell Biology at the Nencki Institute, focusing on the spatial organization of the human genome, and subsequently completed postdoctoral training at the NIH from 2019 to 2026. His research lies at the intersection of super-resolution microscopy, 3D electron microscopy, chromatin architecture, and transcriptional regulation. He is particularly interested in how the three-dimensional structure of chromatin influences gene expression programs in health and disease.
