「TrustyA G-Force」（以下、「本アプリ」）は、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。本アプリをご利用いただくにあたり、以下の内容に同意したものとみなされます。

0.ご利用上の注意・免責事項

 ※本アプリはスマートフォンの内蔵センサーを使用するため、端末が車体にしっかりと固定されていない場合、正確なGを計測できません。強力な固定式の頑丈な車載スマートフォンホルダー等を使用し、走行中に端末が脱落・ズレないよう確実に固定してご使用ください。

 ※運転中の画面注視やアプリの操作は大変危険ですので絶対におやめください。必ず安全な場所に停車してから操作・確認を行ってください。 

※公道を走行する際は、周囲の交通状況に配慮し、道路交通法を遵守した安全運転を心がけてください。

 ※本アプリの使用中に発生した事故、怪我、端末の破損、車両の故障、その他の損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承の上、自己責任においてご使用ください。

1. 収集するデータについて

本アプリは、以下のデータを収集または処理する場合があります。

• センサーデータ: 本アプリは、デバイスの内蔵Gセンサー（加速度センサー）を利用して、端末の傾きや加速度を検知・解析するためにのみセンサーデータを使用します。

• 技術情報: アプリの動作ログやクラッシュレポートなど、アプリの安定性向上のためにAppleが提供する診断データが含まれる場合があります。

2. データの利用目的

収集したデータは、以下の目的でのみ使用されます。

• アプリのコア機能（Gセンサーによるデータ測定・解析）の提供。

• アプリの動作不具合の調査および品質改善。

3. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・貸与することはありません。法令に基づく場合や、アプリのメンテナンスに必要な範囲で信頼できるツール（Google Analytics等）を使用する場合を除き、データの共有は行いません。

"TrustyA G-Force" (hereinafter "the App") establishes this Privacy Policy. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to the following contents.

0. Precautions and Disclaimer

* Please note that this app utilizes the smartphone's built-in sensors. If the device is not securely mounted to the vehicle, it will not be able to measure G-force accurately. Please ensure your device is firmly fixed using a heavy-duty, secure car mount (such as a strong suction cup or bolt-on type) so that it does not drop or shift while driving.

* Operating or staring at the screen while driving is extremely dangerous. Please absolutely refrain from doing so. Always park your vehicle in a safe location before operating or checking the app.

* When driving on public roads, please be mindful of surrounding traffic conditions and always practice safe driving in compliance with local traffic laws.

* The developer shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damage to devices, vehicle malfunctions, or any other losses or damages incurred while using this app. Please understand this in advance and use the app at your own risk.

1. Data Collection

The App may collect or process the following data:

• Sensor Data: The App uses the device's built-in G-sensor (accelerometer) solely for the purpose of detecting and analyzing the device's tilt and acceleration.

• Technical Information: May include diagnostic data provided by Apple to improve app stability, such as app operation logs and crash reports.

• Providing the App's core functionality (measuring and analyzing data via the G-sensor).

4. Data Storage
