AIM- SAVE THE ONLY HOME PLANET PHASE- I.
Seeding the seed of Electric Vehicles in the hearts of youth is the foremost baby step towards the goal. Slowly, the seed of awareness shall grow into a sapling of knowledge and then into a strong tree of research and development with the strongest roots of knowledge and experience.
HOW DOES "TRUST EV" EDUCATE ALL YOUTH (STUDENTS, ENGINEERS, NON-ENGINEERS, NON-STUDENTS)?
There are two ways in which TRUST EV operates to educate YOUTH.
TRUST EV as "EDUCATION & TRAINING PROGRAM"
TRUST EV as "AWARENESS PROGRAM"
"TRUST EV: AWARENESS OATH" as an EDUCATION & TRAINING PROGRAM-
This covers youth belonging to the ENGINEERING category- from the FIRST year to the FINAL year undergrads of Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Automobile Engineers, and Electrical Engineering. IT DOES NOT ONLY BELONG TO ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL ENGINEERS - as is a common misconception! No one single kind of engineer can develop a whole electric vehicle! The industry needs you all!
"TRUST EV: AWARENESS OATH" as an EDUCATION & TRAINING PROGRAM is concluded step by step in 3 PHASES which gives theoretical & practical knowledge. Kindly read the syllabus of all three phases.
The process is taken up in steps with the easiest depiction of concepts so that students belonging to ALL BRANCHES can feel comfortable in learning.
Here, Youth belongs to Engineering colleges or polytechnic colleges.
TRUST EV as "AWARENESS PROGRAM"
This covers youth belonging to schools, all colleges (except engineering institutes) & youth belonging to the non-students category. This undergoes only PHASE -I.
The youth is educated about-
The need and environmental benefits along with financial benefits.
Basic construction, working & types of Electric vehicles.
Electric Vehicle Market & Eco-system (Government policies, incentives, different entities involved in the industries)
Here, Youth belongs to various schools, colleges, and NGOs.
WHAT ARE THE 3 PHASES OF "TRUST EV"?
The training is divided into 3 Phases for Engineering graduates (UD/PG).
Phase- I - creates the foundation for the whole Electric Vehicle ecosystem, here the aim is loosely focused on EVs as a unit. It helps youth develop a bigger vision of what the whole industry looks like & how it works! Unlike regular courses of EV that keep the brain of youth confined to EV only!
Phase- II - creates whole basic knowledge of Electric Vehicles. It is a beginner's guide to Electric Vehicles. This narrows down to EV as the main focus area as a vehicle.
Phase- III - is for practical training of the knowledge received in PHASE -II.

Th Practical LIVE experience of all the knowledge gained in PHASE-II with expert engineers working at reputed companies.
How an electric vehicle is built, how various electrical components are connected, their wiring etc.
WHAT HAS "TRUST EV" ACHIEVED SO FAR?
Trust EV: The Awareness Oath program started on 14/05/2022 and so far has trained 500+ engineers, especially 150 women engineers. Students from various states of India, such as Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttrakhand, Telangana, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, and others have been trained successfully! The trainer is honored with the "National Excellence Education Award 2022" in National Youth Parliament 2022 by Shri Mahindra Nath Pandey, Hon'ble Minister of Heavy Industries, Govt. of India. Training of worth Rs. 8.5 lakh is already given to 650+ students! Students are loving and appreciating the training, the review & feedback section says it all.

Our Youth is the actual stakeholder of our ONLY HOME. Its majorly based on their choices of the way of living that will define the future of our planet. therefore it is very important to educate our youth about means of sustainable future such as the electric vehicle. This program is wisely designed to meet all the requirements of students enrolled in an educational institute, keeping in mind the need for knowledge of E-mobility.

ABOUT US
Our ONLY mother planet is being murdered by Global Warming with a mask of Climate change. Green House Gas Emission is a major weapon that is on roll to kill the Earth. Electric Vehicle technology is a combat weapon that will help reduce GHG which in turn & will diminish the effect of global warming thereby saving the planet.
Regardless of who is represented as the MAJOR STAKEHOLDER (investors, policymakers, Researchers, etc) of the EV Industry, the fact can't be denied that YOUTH is the real STAKEHOLDER of the ELECTRIC VEHICLE industry.
TRUST EV education program is operated in three phases. Starting from introducing youth to EV in PHASE- I, taking them to a thorough "BEGINNER'S COURSE" in PHASE-II, and concludes by giving them physical training in Industry in PHASE -III.
The education is designed on the basis of the "QUESTION THE LEARNER" approach. YOUTH learns the thinking skills required to innovate. They are taught start-up skills- to recognize the problem, CREATE a solution, and implement it.
TRUST EV is a YOUTH BENEFIT-ORIENTED PROGRAM, not an INSTITUTE-ORIENTED PROGRAM.
