I am a sixth year Ph.D. student at Rice University. I work with Dr. Mikki Hebl studying diversity, discrimination, and inclusion in the workplace. I am passionate about creating more inclusive workplaces.
I am particularly interested in the experiences of people with disabilities in the workplace and the role that allies play in creating and encouraging fair and just workplaces.
