Dear Mr. Donald Trump!
Your political opponents are doing everything possible to deprive you of legitimate authority. Despite how regrettable this may sound, very soon the United States will cease to exist as a result of the separation of individual states from the country at large. Why don’t we ask ourselves? What's right? - have to develop a set of measures capable to prevent interrelated events – to be correct, to prepare for the disintegration of the United States and the subsequent onset of a nuclear catastrophe;
- fully prepare to repulse a nuclear strike inflicted by the US armed forces, which will occur within one (first) month after the release of the first US State (immediately after the legal disintegration of the United States).
The United Nations Organization (or to the new Organization of Collective International Security) needs to create a coalition of states that oppose the upcoming nuclear catastrophe, to develop a Coalition Plan for effective joint action to contain and control the use, with the prospect of the complete destruction, of nuclear weapons. The United States, the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China should become the initiators of the Coalition.
The Mass Media should constantly spread the information about the reasons of possible onset of nuclear catastrophe, as indicated in the Forecast by Leo DiLuceo.
