By scheduling, purchasing, or utilizing any services provided by Tru Genes Paternity Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Overview

Tru Genes Paternity Co. provides DNA testing services (including paternity and relationship testing), DOT and non-DOT drug testing, alcohol testing, hair follicle testing, TB testing, DOT physicals, and I-9 employment verification.

All services are conducted by trained professionals and processed through accredited and certified laboratory partners when applicable.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be confirmed prior to service. Clients are required to complete all necessary intake forms before their scheduled appointment time.

Failure to submit required documentation or confirm your appointment may result in cancellation or release of your scheduled time slot.

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling based on availability.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is required in advance to secure all appointments. Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment has been completed.

For mobile services, payment must be received prior to dispatch. Tru Genes Paternity Co. does not travel or provide mobile services without confirmed payment.

Failure to submit payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of your appointment.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered or samples have been collected.

If a client needs to reschedule prior to their appointment, reasonable accommodations may be made based on availability. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Tru Genes Paternity Co.

5. Mobile Service Terms

Tru Genes Paternity Co. offers mobile services for the convenience of its clients. Mobile appointments are conducted at agreed-upon locations, including residences, workplaces, or approved public settings.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the location is safe, accessible, and appropriate for service. Tru Genes Paternity Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

To protect client privacy, mobile services are conducted using unmarked vehicles.

6. Testing & Results Disclaimer

All testing services are processed through third-party laboratory partners. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed.

Tru Genes Paternity Co. is not responsible for delays caused by laboratory processing, shipping carriers, or other external factors.

7. Identification & Client Responsibility

Clients must provide valid, government-issued identification at the time of service when required.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and complete. Tru Genes Paternity Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information and test results are handled with strict confidentiality. Tru Genes Paternity Co. follows appropriate procedures to protect client privacy and sensitive information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tru Genes Paternity Co. is not liable for how test results are used by clients or third parties, including but not limited to legal proceedings, employment decisions, or personal matters.

All services are provided in good faith and in accordance with industry standards.

10. Third-Party Services

Laboratory testing and certain services are performed by independent third-party providers. Tru Genes Paternity Co. is not responsible for the actions, processing times, or policies of these third-party entities.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Tru Genes Paternity Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to meet service requirements.

12. Changes to Terms

Tru Genes Paternity Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
