1. INTRODUCTION
Truck 360° is a transport management, accounting, billing, vehicle management, reporting, backup, and synchronization application developed and operated by Mata Tech.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Truck 360° may access, collect, store, process, and share, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.
By using Truck 360°, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT OR PROCESS
Depending on the features and plan used, Truck 360° may process the following categories of information.
A. ACCOUNT AND AUTHENTICATION INFORMATION
When a user creates or uses a Truck 360° account, the application may process:
• Email address
• User/account identifier
• Authentication status
• Account verification information
• Login/session information
Truck 360° uses Firebase Authentication to provide account authentication and secure access to supported online services.
B. DEVICE AND LICENSING INFORMATION
Truck 360° may process limited device and application information required for account security, licensing, subscription enforcement, and authorized-device management.
This may include:
• Device/platform type, such as Android or Windows
• Device identifier used by Truck 360° for licensing
• Application version
• Device activation status
• Subscription or entitlement status
• Authorized-device slot information
This information is used to enforce the applicable Truck 360° plan and prevent unauthorized use of an account.
C. TRANSPORT, BUSINESS AND ACCOUNTING DATA
Truck 360° allows users to create and manage transport and accounting records.
Depending on how the application is used, this may include:
• Company information
• Financial year information
• Vehicle and truck information
• Party/customer information
• Driver information
• Main Trips and Sub-Trips
• Freight and billing information
• Bilty information
• Diesel/fuel records
• Driver advances
• Driver salary and settlement records
• Vehicle expenses
• Maintenance information
• EMI information
• Vendor and creditor records
• Cash and bank records
• Payment, receipt, contra and adjustment vouchers
• Ledger entries
• Opening balances
• Outstanding amounts
• Accounting reports
• Truck profit reports
• Other transport and accounting information entered by the user
Truck 360° is designed as a local-first application. Business data is primarily maintained in the application's local database.
When a user uses an eligible Windows + Mobile synchronization plan or another synchronization-enabled feature, relevant application data may also be synchronized using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore so that authorized devices can access the same current data.
D. GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP INFORMATION
Truck 360° provides an optional Google Drive backup and restore feature.
When the user chooses to connect Google Drive, Truck 360° requests authorization required to create, access, manage, restore, and maintain Truck 360° backup files in the Google account selected by the user.
Truck 360° backup files are stored in the user's own Google Drive account.
Truck 360° does not use Firebase Storage as the destination for the user's Google Drive backups.
Google Drive access is used only for Truck 360° backup and restore functionality and related user-requested backup operations.
The user may revoke Google Drive authorization through the application, Google Account settings, or other Google-provided controls.
E. SUBSCRIPTION AND PURCHASE INFORMATION
If a user purchases a Truck 360° subscription or paid plan through a supported app store, Truck 360° may receive or process information necessary to verify the purchase and grant the appropriate entitlement.
This may include:
• Product or subscription identifier
• Purchase token or receipt information
• Purchase status
• Subscription status
• Renewal, cancellation or expiration status
• Store/account information required for entitlement verification
Payments may be processed by platforms such as Google Play or Microsoft Store.
Truck 360° and Mata Tech do not collect or store the user's complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, banking password, or full payment-card details when a payment is processed by those stores.
F. USER-SELECTED FILES
Truck 360° may access files that the user specifically selects for actions such as:
• Backup
• Restore
• Import
• Export
• PDF/report operations
Such files are accessed only as necessary to perform the operation requested by the user.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information processed through Truck 360° may be used to:
• Provide core transport management features
• Maintain accounting and ledger records
• Authenticate users
• Protect user accounts
• Manage authorized devices
• Enforce subscription and licensing limits
• Synchronize eligible Windows and Android devices
• Provide Google Drive backup and restore
• Generate bills, ledgers and reports
• Verify subscription purchases and entitlements
• Maintain application reliability and security
• Prevent unauthorized, fraudulent or abusive use
• Respond to user support requests
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Truck 360° may use third-party services that are necessary to provide specific application functionality.
These may include:
Google Firebase Authentication
Used for account authentication.
Google Firebase Cloud Firestore
Used for eligible cloud synchronization, entitlement information, device/account state, and related online application functionality.
Google Drive / Google Identity Services
Used when the user voluntarily connects Google Drive for backup and restore.
Google Play
May be used for Android application distribution, subscription purchases, billing and purchase verification.
Microsoft Store
May be used for Windows application distribution, subscription purchases, billing and purchase verification.
These third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. DATA SHARING
Mata Tech does not sell users' personal information.
Information may be transmitted to service providers such as Google Firebase, Google Drive, Google Play, or Microsoft only when required to provide the application feature requested by the user or to operate, secure, verify, or support Truck 360°.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process, fraud prevention, or legitimate security requirements.
6. LOCAL DATA AND CLOUD SYNCHRONIZATION
Truck 360° is designed to remain usable locally for supported offline operations.
Data entered while offline may remain stored on the user's device.
For users with synchronization enabled, eligible local changes may be synchronized to the supported cloud service after an internet connection becomes available.
Users should protect access to their computer, mobile device, Google account and Truck 360° account.
7. DATA SECURITY
Mata Tech takes reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information.
Truck 360° uses authentication, authorized-device controls, access restrictions and secure network connections provided by the relevant platforms and service providers.
However, no electronic storage system or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. DATA RETENTION
Local Truck 360° data may remain on a user's device until it is deleted by the user, removed through application functionality, cleared from the device, or the application is uninstalled, subject to the application's backup and restore behavior.
Cloud-synchronized information may be retained while the user's Truck 360° account remains active or while it is reasonably necessary to provide synchronization, account security, licensing, backup support, fraud prevention, or other requested application functionality.
Google Drive backups remain in the user's own Google Drive account until deleted by the user or removed through an authorized Truck 360° backup-management action.
Certain limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where reasonably required by law, legitimate security requirements, dispute resolution, subscription verification, or fraud prevention.
9. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users may request deletion of their Truck 360° account and associated account data.
Users can initiate an account deletion request through the Delete Account / Account Deletion option provided in the Truck 360° account settings.

To protect users against unauthorized deletion requests, Mata Tech may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester controls the account being deleted.
After a valid account deletion request is processed, account-associated data controlled by Mata Tech will be deleted, except for information that must or may legitimately be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or other lawful purposes.
Google Drive backup files stored in the user's own Google Drive account remain under the control of that Google account. Users can delete those backup files directly from Google Drive.
Deleting a Truck 360° account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Microsoft Store subscription. Store subscriptions should also be managed or cancelled through the applicable store account where necessary.
10. USER CHOICES
Users may:
• Use supported offline functionality without continuous internet access
• Connect or disconnect Google Drive where supported
• Manage Truck 360° backup files in their own Google Drive
• Manage authorized devices according to their plan
• Request account deletion
• Delete locally stored application information using supported application or device controls
• Manage store subscriptions using the applicable Google Play or Microsoft Store account
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Truck 360° is a business and transport management application and is not designed or directed specifically to children.
Mata Tech does not knowingly design Truck 360° for the collection of personal information from children for advertising or profiling purposes.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Truck 360° features, legal requirements, third-party services, or data-handling practices change.
When material changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
