TRUCK 360° ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Application: Truck 360°
Truck 360° users can request deletion of their account and associated account data.
IN-APP REQUEST
Open Truck 360° and go to:
Account / Settings → Delete Account / Account Deletion
Follow the displayed instructions to submit the deletion request.
WEB / EMAIL REQUEST
If you no longer have access to the application, you may request account deletion by email.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Truck 360° account whenever possible.
Include:
• Your registered Truck 360° email address
• A clear statement that you want your Truck 360° account deleted
We may request reasonable verification before processing the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
WHAT WILL BE DELETED
After verification and processing, account-associated information controlled by Mata Tech will be deleted, including applicable account and cloud-synchronized data, except information that must or may legitimately be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution or subscription verification.
GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUPS
Truck 360° Google Drive backups are stored in the user's own Google Drive account.
You can delete Truck 360° backup files directly from your Google Drive.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Deleting your Truck 360° account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Microsoft Store subscription.
If applicable, cancel or manage your subscription separately through the relevant store account.
