Our program creates paths for every age. It starts with our Princess Program (ages 7-12), where girls learn that community service can be both fun and meaningful. No farming background needed—just bring your enthusiasm. We keep it flexible because we know families are busy, and growing into leadership should feel natural, not forced.

For teens 13-16, our Sweetheart Program opens doors to deeper community involvement. Think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure in leadership: you can use it as a stepping stone to the Queen Program or make it your home throughout your teen years. We designed it this way because we believe growing into leadership shouldn't feel like a pressure cooker.

The Queen Program (ages 16-20) is where it all comes together. Our queens become the faces of the Troy Fair, representing Bradford County at events across Pennsylvania.
