1. Launch MS Outlook on your computer and click on the ‘File’ tab.
2. Select the ‘Add Account’ option and then ‘manual setup or additional server types’; click ‘Next’.
3. Select ‘POP or IMAP’ and then click on ‘Next.
4. Under the POP and IMAP Account Settings, enter your name and the full email address.
