Eagle Scouts

Layla S: September 2024

Layla's Eagle project involved decorating and painting trash cans. The finished 55 gallon receptacles are now placed at parks and bus shelters within the Town of Orangetown. The artwork featured sunflowers designed by Layla, bowling pins, karate scenes, Scouting America ranks, and a camping scene. They now beautify the town and raise awareness about proper trash disposal.

Emma's Eagle project was to build a horse feeder for Children of Promise (COPS) Barn in Nanuet, New York

Lilli O: June 2025

Lilli's Eagle project was to restore the entrance sign of the Germonds Presbyterian Church in New City, NY

Tia T: June 2025

Tia's Eagle project was to build a mobile cart and reorganize a donation closet for Eldorado Elementary's PTA in Chestnut Ridge, NY. The closet also received additional shelving.

Gena A: January 2026

Gena's Eagle project included building and installing a Little Free Library and building 2 wooden benches that convert into tables for Germonds Presbyterian Church in New City, NY.
