What We Earn

These offer a wide variety of new experiences taught by knowledgeable counselors to cultivate interest.   Exposing scouts to area that they may develop into a career or hobby.

Ranks are a part of the program to increase responsibility, encourage growth, and develop leadership skills.    As scouts progress they move into mentoring younger scouts and leading the overall program.  

Only 4 % of scouts reach the goal of Eagle Scout.   It represents a dedication and commitment to a development program like no other.

Camporees are bi-annual competitive campouts where scouts put their skills to the test and compete as either teams or troops against others.

Longer camps know as Summer and Winter Camps usually have competitions through the week on camp cleanliness, scoutcraft, and participation.

Many camps offer specialized programs for older scouts.   Such as C.O.P.E.   Which stands for Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience.   Designed to develop teamwork, self esteem, leadership and decision-making.
