Earning the rank of Eagle Scout is more than completing a list of requirements—it's a commitment to leadership, service, character, and lifelong achievement.
Only a small percentage of Scouts earn Scouting America’s highest rank. Those who do have demonstrated perseverance, responsibility, and a dedication to living the Scout Oath and Scout Law in their everyday lives.
The journey to Eagle is built through years of camping, leadership, community service, merit badges, and an Eagle Scout service project that leaves a lasting impact on others. Along the way, Scouts gain confidence, develop practical skills, and learn to lead by example.
For Troop 826, every Eagle Scout represents more than an individual accomplishment. Each one becomes part of a tradition of excellence that has inspired generations of Scouts since 1996.
"The Eagle rank is not the end of the Scouting journey—it is the beginning of a lifetime of leadership and service."
Young men from Troop 826 have earned Scouting's highest rank.
Building a tradition of leadership, service, and excellence for nearly three decades.
One brotherhood committed to developing tomorrow's leaders.
The values and lessons learned while becoming an Eagle Scout continue long after the badge is earned.

Eagle Scouts learn to lead by example through years of responsibility, planning, and service.
Every Eagle Scout completes a significant community service project that leaves a lasting impact.
Living the Scout Oath and Scout Law every day is the foundation of earning Scouting's highest rank.
Fewer than four percent of Scouts earn the rank of Eagle Scout, making it one of America's most respected youth achievements.
Eagle Oath
I reaffirm my allegiance to the three promises of the Scout Oath.
I thoughtfully recognize and take upon myself the obligations and responsibilities of an Eagle Scout. On my honor, I will do my best to make my training an example and my status and my influence count strongly for better Scouting and for better citizenship in my troop, in my community, and in my contacts with other people.
To this I pledge my sacred honor.
