Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Scouts BSA program of Scouting America. Since its inception in 1911, only 4% of Scouts have earned this rank.
Troop 599's motto is Eagle Bound, not because we expect every scout will become an Eagle Scout, because we know the journey is a difficult one, mired with sweat and tears, fun and excitement, wonder, knowlege, and empowerment, that it the fittest goal to aspire to. Never holding back, always pushing the edges of the envelope, testing youself always!
Troop 599 is extremely proud of all its scouts and here we list our contribution to Scouting's 4%.
