Troop Finances

• Each family has a Scout Account.   The account keeps a transaction log of all expenses, invoices and payments for that family.   

• Each time a transaction is posted to your account, you will get an email with a receipt for the transaction and your billing history to the primary email for the family account.    If you ever want the latest  copy of your transaction history, please use the "payment button"   and record a $0 payment to your account.

• Expense reports require a picture of your receipt.   We do not need your hardcopy receipt.  If you have lost your receipt, please handwrite one on a piece of paper with your signature and submit a photo of that within your expense report.   

Making Payments:

• • Cash or Check: You can make these payments in-person to the treasurer or another committee member.  The treasurer will record your payment in the system.

  • Zelle:    You can pay on line using Zelle.    Within your Banks Zelle interface, please send payment to: treasurer.troop1610.fcc@gmail.com  and indicate what the payment is for in the note field.   If you would like an immediate receipt, you can use the "Record a Payment Button" to log your payment into the system at that time.  Otherwise the treasurer will log the payment.

  • Credit Cards:   We do not offer this option at this time, but are investigating adding this capability.  

Obtaining refunds of your balance:

• • If your account shows that you have overpaid and would like a refund instead of having the credit applied to future expenses, please send an email to the treasurer requesting a refund.   A check will be mailed to your address of record.
