SCOUTMASTER CONFERENCE & BOARD OF REVIEW – All Ranks except Scout
For all ranks except Scout, you will need both a Scoutmaster Conference and a Board of Review meeting. As soon as you complete all the requirements for your Rank, and get them all signed off, please complete THIS FORM to request a Scoutmaster Conference and Board of Review.
You will need to take a picture of the page(s) from your Scout handbook that show all requirements have been completed and signed off and upload this as part of your form submission.
Some of you have already had Scoutmaster Conferences but still need a Board of Review. Please use this form and upload the required pictures from your Scout handbook (don't worry if the SM Conference box is already signed off).
RANK ADVANCEMENT – All Ranks
MERIT BADGES EARNED OUTSIDE OF TROOP MERIT BADGE CYCLES
For all merit badges you earn outside of the Troop merit badge cycles (e.g., at New England Base camp, online, etc.) please complete THIS FORM.
You will need to provide documentation to support that all requirements for the merit badge have been completed.
If you received a Blue Card, you will need to take a picture of both sides of the card and upload them as part of your form submission. If you received a digital Blue Card you can upload that.
If you did not receive a Blue Card, you will need to provide the name of the merit badge counselor (or organization that offered it) as well as some proof that shows all requirements have been completed that you will upload as part of your form submission.
MERIT BADGES EARNED DURING TROOP MERIT BADGE CYCLES -- You don't need to do anything for these!
It is the Scout’s responsibility to keep track of their advancements and merit badges and submit information in a timely manner. Please do not wait until the days before the Court of Honor to submit your advancement information.
