FIRST is an international nonprofit organization that strives to inspire young people to become science and technology innovators. Their robotics programs provide students ages K-12 with the opportunity to gain real-world skills and experiences that impact the rest of their lives.

Gracious Professionalism is a capstone in FIRST. The term was coined by Dr. Woodie Flowers. To us, is means being a helpful team player, a compassionate friend, and treating everyone with respect.
