Email-and-password users must enter their current password. Social sign-in users may need to sign
in again if their authentication is no longer recent.
Email **contact@tkr-app.com** with the subject
**“Delete my tkr. account”** from the address associated with the account. Include only the minimum
information needed to identify the account. We may ask you to complete a verification step before
deletion and will not ask for your password. Verified requests will be completed within 30 days.
Deletion removes:
- the tkr. Firebase Authentication account;
- the tkr. profile marker;
- synced favourite teams, leagues and national-team choices;
- app, Analytics and notification preferences;
- registered notification devices;
- feedback linked to the account, including an optional reply-email snapshot; and
- the feedback rate-limit record.
Local app data is cleared during the in-app flow. Android backup copies are controlled separately
through the user’s device and Google account backup settings and may persist until the backup
provider removes or replaces them.
Associated active records are deleted through the account-deletion process. Limited security logs
or provider backups may persist temporarily under Firebase/Google retention practices or where
retention is legally required. De-identified information that can no longer be linked to the
account may not be removable.
