- In order for any staff member to receive funding, he/she requesting the funding must be present for at least 2 meetings.
- The PTO President has the authority to grant up to $100.00 to a party without it being voted on.
- The PTO has the right to help families in need, up to $100.00 or more with a vote.
- Mini grants up to $250.00 may be given to anyone who has the need for it and is present for at least 2 meetings.
- Multiple mini grants of $250.00 may be given to a party, with a vote.
- PTO officers can not vote.
- There must be at least 5 registered members present to pass a vote.
- Registered members are those who have paid dues of $2.00 for the current year.
- Only registered members may vote.
- Once a year, we will have an outside audit done on the PTO bank accounts.
- The PTO officers serve for a 2 year term.
- If this PTO is dissolved, any remaining funds will be given to Tri-Valley Central School District, once all outstanding debts have been taken care of.
