In order to raise money for the firefighters that have bravely and valiantly fought the devastating fires that have ravaged our communities and air quality for decades, we are hosting a FREE TO ENTER Math Jeopardy competition for students grades 6-8. In this we will have cash prizes available for the participants and the winners, but in order to raise the stakes, we are asking that you guys donate to our GoFundMe page (LINKED BELOW) where we are donating a large majority (over 80%) of our raisings towards the California Fire Foundation, a non-profit that helps the fire fighters that have been battling the fires in California, and 20% of which will be the cash prize for the winners of this event.. UPDATE:
We managed to raise close to $600 thanks to everyone who donated to help the cause! A total of $500 was donated to the California Fire Foundation and $100 was split between the winners of this contest. We would like to thank everyone who participated and/or donated in this event to make it an enjoyable experience.
