Policy & consulting

I actively engage with policy discussions on international and regional economic policy, based on my extensive experience with empirical research on economic (dis)integration. I do so by writing policy reports, participating in roundtable discussions, and providing academic consulting services on an ad-hoc basis. 

I have contributed my insights to numerous public agencies and private research organisations, including: European Commission DG Trade, De Nederlandsche Bank, CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, CBS Statistics Netherlands, The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Netherlands House of Representatives, Provincie Groningen, Ecorys, and Stichting Economic Onderzoek.
