By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the mobile application Triply ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer, Yassine Hammouti.
Triply is a mobile application designed to help users plan travel itineraries using artificial intelligence. The App allows users to:
Generate personalized day-by-day travel plans powered by AI.
Discover activities, restaurants, and points of interest.
View estimated costs and budgets for their trips.
Export and share trip itineraries as professional PDF reports.
Note: Access to full features is available through a paid subscription called Triply Premium.
IMPORTANT: Triply is an informational and planning tool only.
Indicative Purpose: All AI-generated itineraries, cost estimates, and travel suggestions are for indicative purposes only. Prices, opening hours, and availability may vary in real-time.
No Professional Relationship: Triply is not a travel agency. Use of this App does not create a professional advisory relationship.
User Responsibility: You are strictly advised to verify all information (addresses, prices, safety conditions) before traveling. The developer is not responsible for decisions made based on the App's results.
4.1 Subscription Plans
Triply Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (Weekly or Annual) or a Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
4.2 Fair Use Policy
To ensure high-quality service and manage infrastructure costs, the following rules apply:
Usage Baseline: While the Premium Plan provides "Unlimited Access" to the App's features, AI generation is subject to a Fair Use Policy, currently calibrated at a baseline of 7 generations per week and 30 generations per month.
Flexibility Clause: Triply reserves the right to adjust, modify, or update these technical limits at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in API costs, prevent system abuse, or ensure service stability for all users.
4.3 Management & Refunds
Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel your subscription via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
All personal data (trip plans, profile, preferences) is stored locally on your device. Data sent to third-party services (Google Gemini AI and Apple MapKit) is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in the App (name "Triply", logos, design, source code) are the exclusive property of Yassine Hammouti. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer disclaims all warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content or the continuous availability of the service. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yassine Hammouti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial loss or travel disruptions arising out of your use of the App.
