Terms & Conditions
All our customer appointments are significant. We will always secure the time exclusively for them. We do not want anyone to miss the opportunity to capture and enjoy their great moments using quality equipment in our studio. Therefore, before your photo session, we require a full deposit for the service. Kindly take note that this deposit amount is non-refundable.
We would respectfully advise all customers to make any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This may enable other customers to fill in the vacant session immediately. This will also enable us to make other necessary arrangements for the vacant session. Cancellation or rescheduling can be made via the confirmation email that was sent to you earlier. Alternatively, you may notify us via WhatsApp; our dedicated staff will always be available to assist you. We do not offer any refund for any cancellation. Instead, we will offer to reschedule your session to another later available date. Anyhow, this will apply for one time only. For any cancellation or rescheduling that is made in less than 24 hours, we will forfeit 50% of the deposit amount and you are required to pay the shortage amount separately in our studio before your photo session.
No refund will be made and the company shall forfeit 100% of the deposit amount for any no-show cases without prior notification. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy on refund and rescheduling.
We always want to ensure that all our customers enjoy our services as per their booking. However, we understand that sometimes the situation is unpredictable and out of control which may cause late arrival to our studio. Therefore, in the event of an unexpected situation, we allow 10 minutes grace period for late arrival but your total booked time may be subject to reduction. Kindly notify us as promptly as possible to enable us to make the necessary arrangements.
At any point in time, we will always put our best effort not to interrupt your excitement to capture the amazing moments on your great day. However, in the situation may force Triple S Studio to cancel your appointment without giving 24 hours notice, we will offer a full refund that you paid or you may reschedule your session to another available date & time. The situation may arise due to unforeseen circumstances such as power failure, equipment failure, or other technical issues.
The safety and health of our staff and customer is our utmost priority. Hence Triple S Photo Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that we feel may pose safety and health risks. This may include but is not limited to contagious illness such as flu, continuous cough, fever, or posing any rude or obnoxious behavior which may cause a disturbance, annoyance, or fear to other people in our studio. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding on the matter.
We shall always respect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal data and information. Only our authorized employees shall have access to the database. We will only use the data for the company's research and analysis to further improve services to our customers and for the company's future development. We will not disclose or sell any personal data to any third parties without your permission except as may be required by government regulators, lawyers, auditors, third-party service providers, or appointed advertising agencies.
We might use your photos for marketing, advertising or publishing on our social media accounts. You are advised to notify our staff should you have any concerns about the usage or sharing of your photos on our social media accounts or by our advertising agencies. Notification can be done by messages, email or verbally to our staff.
